Australian Open Ground Passes T&Cs

1. Promoter

The promoter is TennisMate, operating in Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 22/12/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 16/01/2026 (“Competition Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years or older at the time of entry;
• Are Australian residents;
• Have a valid Instagram account;
• Have created a free TennisMate user account on or before 16 January 2026; and
• Have a valid email address linked to their TennisMate account.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, eligible entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:

a) Download TennisMate and create a free user profile using a valid email address; and

b) Leave an honest review of TennisMate via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or by emailing support@tennis-mate.com.au.

Reviews may be of any rating. No purchase or payment is required to enter.

5. Prize

The prize consists of two (2) Australian Open 2026 Ground Pass tickets (“Prize”).

The Prize:

• Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash;
• Does not include travel, accommodation, food, or other expenses;
• Must be used on the date(s) specified by the Promoter.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or about 17/01/2026.

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their TennisMate account within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify that entrants have complied with all entry requirements, including TennisMate account creation and eligibility criteria.

Failure to meet all entry conditions may result in disqualification

9. Publicity

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to the Promoter using their first name and Australian state or territory for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be handled in accordance with the TennisMate Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the competition and contacting the winner.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or invalid entries;
• Technical issues with Instagram, TennisMate, or internet connectivity;
• Any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the Prize.

12. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.

13. General

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
•  Total prize value is approximately AUD $190. 

14. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
